Dr. Luisa Adán Merino is a Medical Specialist in Ultrasound and Digestive System. She has developed an extensive training and professional career, thanks to which she has come to exercise her work as a physician in positions such as Medical Specialist in several prestigious hospitals in the city of Madrid, such as the La Paz University Hospital and the Infanta Leonor Hospital. 

She is the author of the book Principios Físicos de Ecografía, more than forty national and international publications in her specialty and four book chapters. In addition, she has attended more than ninety courses, congresses or scientific meetings, and has participated in more than twenty communications in national and international congresses.
