Gustavo Santana is an Engineer with a multidisciplinary profile. For more than 15 years, he worked as Head of Information Systems in the CIS Area of the NATO Headquarters of the Spanish Army, consolidating his position as Captain of the Superior Scale of Officers.

After this stage he dedicated himself to entrepreneurship, founding companies such as Icrono, an agency specialized in Strategic Digital Marketing oriented to results. He has also created the Startup Lessen, focused on the design of products that integrate social networks, digital and physical experiences in holistic systems for users. 

Another of his founded companies is Multiconversion, an ROI Agency where metrics are applied with the different digital tools available in the market. This extensive work and business background positions him as a reference in the area of CEO and Business Management.
