Dr. Elena Salvador Álvarez is a Medical Specialist in the Radiodiagnostic Area and in the management of the different non-invasive techniques for intracorporeal analysis. Her extensive activity related to the Neurological Area has allowed her to work in the management of diseases associated with the central nervous system, focusing on the clinical applications of brain imaging techniques.  

After her stay as MIR, she held the position of Area Specialist Physician at the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, a center where she has been working for years in the analysis and treatment of diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy or multiple neuropathies, especially in adults. She is also a strong advocate of dissemination in the classroom, which is why she teaches in several university programs based on Radiodiagnosis and Diagnostic Imaging.
