The lighting sector is largely dominated by José Luis González Cano, a lighting designer for more than 30 years. His specialty has led him to be a member of the Spanish Lighting Committee where he participates in working groups that seek the development and knowledge of LED technology. 

During his professional career he has developed his activity independently collaborating with companies in the field as a consultant and teacher, also getting involved in lighting technology projects and implementation of ISO quality systems. All this confers him as an expert with extensive technical qualities and communication skills for the delivery of first level teaching.
