Laura Casal Fernández is a specialist in Criminal Law and Compliance, both by training and professional experience. After completing her university studies, she found in the individualized prevention of legal persons her favorite area, so she decided to focus her career in this area through the completion of a double Master's Degree in Economic Criminal Law.

Thanks to this and to the quality she has demonstrated in the hundreds of cases she has managed, she has been able to work for leading companies in the area such as MatErh Risk Management or MLP Penal & Compliance, of which she is a Founding Partner. In addition, she has been part of several academic research processes on corporate criminal liability, as well as author of several national and international publications.
