Ángela Alonso Ovies is a Specialist Physician in Intensive Care Medicine who has led her professional career at centers such as Fuenlabrada University Hospiital and San Carlos Clinical Hospital.

She is also an outstanding researcher, having authored and co-authored more than 50 scientific publications. In the same line, she has participated in several research projects, being part of the Executive Committee of the HU-CI Project. She has also been a member of the Society of Intensive Care Medicine of the Community of Madrid.
