Dr. Jesús Sanchís is a Medical Specialist in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Expert in Integrative Physiology, Physical Activity, Sports Nutrition and Intestinal Microbiota, among others. After an extensive and outstanding training and professional career, he has come to exercise his work as a Physician in the position of Medical Specialist in Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the Professional Football Team Valencia Football Club. 

In addition, he combines his healthcare work with teaching and scientific research in his area of specialization, being co-author of the books: Healthy Children, Healthy Adults and Prebiotic Food.
