Dr. María Fuencisla Gilsanz Muñoz is a leading academic in the field of Biomedicine and Health Sciences. With a solid academic background, she has worked as a researcher at the European University of Madrid. 

She has also developed a prolific research career in the study of Pharmacogenetics in Oncological Diseases and in the Genetic Variability of North African Populations. In addition, her work in the STEAM area (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics), at the European University of Madrid, has focused on the Synthesis and Development of Nanomaterials for Biomedical Applications, a field that combines her deep knowledge in Chemistry and Physics with her passion for innovation in Health

Likewise, she has accumulated more than a decade of experience in private companies, working in physicochemical and clinical laboratories, in areas such as Microbiology, Biochemistry and Quality Control. In this sense, her career has included significant roles as Clinical Analysis Laboratory Technician at the Ruiz-Falcó Laboratory, and as Technical Director of Quality Control at Coca-Cola, where her contributions have been essential to ensure the excellence and safety of the products.
