Dr. Cipriano Diaz Gaona has to his credit with an extensive research career in the field of veterinary medicine, his main line of work being the Ecological and Extensive Livestock or its relationship with the Environment and Climate Change, among others. 

Dr. in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Cordoba and graduated in this medical science in the specialty of Animal Production and Economics by the same university institution, Cipriano Diaz Gaona has been an inspector of organic livestock farms. He has also served as manager of companies for the production and marketing of organic food of animal origin. 

As a remarkable fact that recognizes a great trajectory, he received in 2016 the Andrés Núñez de Prado National Award for the Defense and Promotion of Organic Agriculture and Livestock.
