Experience

Daniel Carracedo Esguevillas is an Enologist with extensive experience in different winemaking projects. This professional has worked as Assistant Enologist at Viñas del Jaro, where he has been in charge of the elaboration of wines based on different varieties and the monitoring of grape ripening, as well as the preparation of analysis protocols in the laboratory. She has also participated in the winery's technical committee to make decisions during the harvest. 

Also, prior to this stage, she had worked as Laboratory Manager of the same winery, using micro-oxygenation equipment and leading the analytical control of grape ripening, in addition to analyzing wines in FAL and FMAL. At the same time, he has made interesting contributions in high-impact scientific journals, one of which deals with membrane dialysis for the partial alcoholization of white wines.
