Dr. Rafael Santamaría Olmo has carried out a professional career linked to clinical care, research with special clinical cases with arterial hypertension, vascular risk, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease and hereditary diseases with renal involvement.   

In this way, the nephrologist Santamaría Olmo has been involved in important research projects in Biomedicine, also exploring his field of action in Business Intelligence and Smart Data oriented to Health results.  

All this is complemented by his teaching career in universities and the dissemination of his knowledge as a speaker and attendee at national and international conferences.
