Dr. Alicia Rodriguez Zurita is a renowned Physician-Surgeon specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After finishing her specialty, she remained at the Maternity Hospital of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for several years. Later, she moved to Tenerife, where she obtained a position at the University Hospital of Nuestra Señora de Candelaria. 

Since her integration there, Dr. Rodriguez Zurita is part of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit Team of the High Risk Pregnancy Control Area, Obstetric Patients Hospitalization and Delivery Room. She is also part of the Ginefem Team, Integral Women's Health, where she specializes in the Control and Surveillance of High Risk Pregnancies, as well as in Routine Gynecological Control.
