Highly knowledgeable in the field of Cycling Sports Performance, as well as a natural interest in research in this field, Mr. Aner Moreno Morillo holds the position of Performance Manager of the Kuwait National Cycling Team. 

He has also developed his career in the Euskaltel-Euskadi ProConti Team, obtaining the program of National Sports Director Level III.
