Heidi Mooser Tauchert, PhD in Documentation Sciences, is a Specialist in Library Training and Services, as well as in Academic Advising, Media Library, Institutional Administration, Philosophical Anthropology and Education. After an outstanding educational and professional career, she has reached the position of Assistant Director and Head of Training and Library Services at the Universidad Panamericana-Mexico Campus. 

In addition, she combines her work with teaching in different prestigious national and international university centers, as well as with scientific research in her area of specialization, following the main line of research on the application of Library 3.0 principles to the academic environment.
