Carla Carvalho Gómez is a Psychologist specialized in the Neurological Area and with special dedication to the Clinical Field. Since she finished her university studies it was clear to her that she wanted to dedicate herself to the promotion of Mental Health in patients with problems associated with brain damage, so she opted for Neuropsychology and the neuroscientific study of the relationship between the brain and behavior. 

To achieve this, she has done an important academic work, studying, in addition to the due specialization, several masters in the subject, such as General Health Psychology, Functional Neuropsychology or Advanced Studies in Brain and Behavior. All this, balanced with teaching in various undergraduate and graduate programs and participating as a speaker at dozens of courses, seminars and symposia organized by the Area of Psychology and Medicine.
