With an extensive professional career, Dr. Myriam Calle Rubio is a specialist in Pneumology, having been Head of the Pneumology Department of the San Carlos Clinical Hospital in Madrid for more than 20 years.  

Doctor of Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, she has been a member of several organizations, such as the Quality of Care Committee of SEPAR, the Scientific Committee of the Spanish COPD Guide and the Executive Committee of the COPD IIP of SEPAR, in addition to having been President of the Congress Committee of Neumomadrid.  

She is also the author of more than 200 publications in books and scientific journals, which places her as one of the leading experts in this clinical area in Spain.
