Experience
Dr. Cristina Aguilera Agudo after graduating in medicine at the University of Granada, was clear that her field of work would be Cardiology, so she began her journey at the Puerta del Hierro University Hospital in Madrid to perform her period as a resident and specialize in this field.
Her academic training has been continued, she also completed a diploma in Statistics in Health Sciences and a Master's Degree in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Cardiac Electrophysiology, to continue her training as a Specialist Physician and successfully perform her role as a Personal Physician in Continuing Care at the University Hospital of Guadalajara.
On the other hand, she is passionate about clinical research and has done some work within her career, among which we can mention the one published by the Inter-American Society of Cardiology, on "Thrombotic dysfunction of mechanical mitral prosthesis without evidence of thrombus in imaging tests", work that serves as a reference for other professionals and medical students.
