Julia María Ruiz Redondo is an outstanding nurse and health manager, whose professional career has been characterized by continuous growth and tireless dedication to the improvement of health services.
She also has a career as a nurse in primary care and in the hospital setting, specializing in the care of urgent and critical patients. She has worked in the Hospital Comarcal de Tomelloso, where she has led ostomy consultations and has played crucial roles in Hospital Emergencies. At the same time, he has held various positions in the field of occupational health, in mutual insurance companies such as Fremap and Mapfre.
It is worth mentioning that her career evolved towards health management when she joined the Coordination and Inspection Management of SESCAM. As Deputy Inspector and Nurse Inspector, she has designed and implemented collaborative health audits, in addition to managing key areas such as temporary disability and patrimonial liability. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked closely with Dr. Juan José Camacho Parejo, serving as Regional Public Health Coordinator, managing Castilla-La Mancha's healthcare response to the health crisis.
She has also worked in the Spanish Society of General and Family Doctors (SEMG) in Castilla-La Mancha, as Coordinator of the National Working Group of Public Health 2.0. In addition, she has collaborated with the digital media New Medical Economics in the area of Health Management, where she has shared her vast experience and knowledge.
