Experience

Rosa Fraile Fernández holds a PhD in Law and has extensive experience as a University Professor and Researcher in the area of Financial and Tax Law. Expert in Business Law and International Litigation, she excels in her other area of specialization, Tax Liability and Corporate Social Responsibility. In this area she has published publications such as CSR as a measure to fight against aggressive tax planning or the monograph La Responsabilidad del Administrador Concursal por el Crédito Tributario (The Liability of the Insolvency Administrator for the Tax Credit). 

She also stands out for her links with Sports from her sector, being President of the Scientific Committee of the Sports and Compliance Congress of the University of Malaga and is a member of the Research and Sports Network of the Superior Sports Council. In this sense, her contributions in this field are remarkable, with more than 50 publications including monographs published in prestigious publishing houses, book chapters and articles included in indexed journals. Thus, some of her contributions have been on insolvency proceedings and tax credits and on the consequences of the insolvency administrator's failure to comply with his duty to regularize VAT self-assessments upon receipt of corrective invoices. In addition, this prestigious jurist has combined her university classes with the practice of law as a member of the ICAM.
