Attorney María Elena Cobas Cobiella has developed her career as notary and legal advisor in the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health of Cuba, respectively. In addition, she has focused her academic career on specializing in the area of Civil Law. Her passion for law has also led her to teach this subject in university institutions.
