Experience

With over 15 years of professional practice, María Altamiro Echeverría is an expert in Management Systems Consulting, Audits and Training, for which she serves as Senior Consultant and Lead Auditor in Management Systems.  

She graduated as a Chemical Engineer and then focused her career on the study of Total Quality, an area in which she holds a Master's Degree. She is certified by the IRCA International Register of Certificated Auditors IRCA (England) as a QMS Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, for which she has conducted audits in countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Peru, among others. 

Parallel to her career as a first, second and third party auditor, she shares her experiences as a Facilitator and University Lecturer on topics related to quality management systems, safety, occupational health, environment, social responsibility and conformity assessment (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, ISO/IEC 17025).
