Laparoscopic surgery is one of the main competencies of Dr. Luis Alfredo Tresierra Carranza. Throughout his career as a General Surgeon, he has specialized in the use of this technique in the digestive area, performing a large number of procedures to treat esophagogastric, hepatobiliopancreatic, abdominal wall and oncological pathologies.  

Thanks to his scientific work, he obtained a Grant for Medical Research Assistance from the Mutua Madrileña Foundation, to analyze gastrointestinal lymphopathy in experimental extrahepatic cholestasis.  

Although he has been linked to several hospitals, he currently collaborates with the specialized service Unidad Cirugía Barcelona. From there, he collaborates with high level experts in surgical interventions coordinated by entities such as University Hospital Dexeus QuirónSalud, Hospital de Barcelona and Clínica Mi Tres Torres.
