Dr. Luis Ernesto Paez Bernal is a veterinarian specialized in nutrition and monogastric production. He has an accumulated experience of more than 14 years in important national and multinational companies in the premixes, additives and nutritional services segment with emphasis in broiler and layer production and nutrition, formulation of balanced feed, formulation and design of premixes and nuclei, product development and additive programs for animal production.

His broad professional background has positioned him as Commercial Director at Bialtec, where he is in charge of positioning new products and increasing turnover. In this way, he promotes the application of new consultative sales models, analysis and technical-commercial strategies, technical support in the field, as well as the training of customers and sales force.
