Experience

Dr. Isabel Jimeno Sanz's professional career has been focused on Family and Community Medicine. Based on her extensive experience in this field, as well as in management tasks, she has become the Director of the Isla de Oza Health Center in Madrid.  

At the same time, this expert stands out in research, being the main specialist in Clinical Trial studies related to the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine against Herpes Zoster (HZ/su) of GSK Biologicals for adults aged 50 years and older. She has also participated in a project to address the early prevention of Microvascular Diabetes and its complications in people with Hyperglycemia in Europe. 

On the other hand, she collaborates and belongs to different groups of the  Madrid Ministry of Health for the revision of the Portfolio of Standardized Services of the same. Also, with the VHP platform of Madrid, the Technical Group of COVID and the Neumoexpertos Group. She is also responsible for the Head of the Vaccine Group of SEMG.
