Doctor Siro Lleras Muñoz is an expert in the Management and Coordination of Care and Social and Healthcare. Years of experience in positions of maximum responsibility in the sector endorse him as a benchmark in this field. This work led him to direct, among other health issues, the Regional Strategy for Chronic Patient Care in Castilla y León (Spain) or the development of the Technological Platform for Social and Healthcare for this type of patient in the same autonomous community.
