María Luisa Mariana Fernández is a teacher specialized in Therapeutic Pedagogy who, due to her interest in the prevention of violent attitudes in the classroom or the dissemination of human rights, has held various positions as a guidance counselor in high schools. After a long career in this field, her merits have allowed her to become head of the Guidance Department at IES Juan Ramón Jiménez.   

At the same time, her wide professional value has catapulted her to the position of head of studies in the Adult Education Center of Villaverde. On the other hand, she has participated as scientific advisor in different publications of the Community of Madrid. This taste for the academic field has led her to be a speaker at conferences related to Educational Guidance.
