Dr. Alberto Arencibia Cerpa is a Digestive System Specialist in a continuous process of updating and training, where he combines his professional activity with public health, specifically in the La Paz University General Hospital in Madrid, as well as in top level private hospitals.  

His main areas of attention are focused on Inflammatory Bowel Disease, a digestive pathology whose diagnosis is increasing every year, standing out for the use of various minimally invasive procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of his patients. He is an expert in Digestive Endoscopy and Abdominal Ultrasound, subjects in which he has also been a trainer of other professionals.  

Being Clinical Research a subject of great interest to him, he belongs to the Spanish Working Group of Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and has participated in multiple congresses and specialized events in this field.
