The expert Francisco de Asís Serrano Meler is an industrial engineer specialized in machine mechanics with more than 15 years of experience in the tertiary and industrial sector. He is a professional versed in project management and construction management in facilities, energy efficiency and multi-technical and integral maintenance. 

He is the founder of FS Ingeniería and has collaborated with various architectural firms, construction companies, installers and insurers. In addition, he combines this activity with teaching as an associate professor of subjects such as electrical engineering and lighting, also teaching in several university masters and official schools.
