Bárbara Fernández Cobo is a specialist in Public and Environmental Law. She has more than a decade of experience in advising entities in different areas regarding energy activities, mining, sanctioning procedures, licenses and authorizations, urban planning, public procurement, governmental liability, subsidies, public goods and infrastructures.

Additionally, she is specialized in issues such as climate change, environmental assessment, environmental liability, natural resources, waste, contaminated soils, water, coasts, atmospheric emissions, etc. She has worked as a lawyer, mainly for the law firm Uría Menéndez, an activity that she has combined with teaching and dissemination, especially in the university area.
