Judy Siegel is an internationally recognized expert in product design and user experience (UX), with more than a decade of experience in creating innovative, user-centric digital solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients in diverse industries, from software and media to social organizations, with a focus on improving user satisfaction, engagement and loyalty that has positioned her as one of the most influential figures in the field of digital design.

In this way, she has served as Director of Product Design at Arc XP, a digital experience platform in the cloud of the Washington Post. In this role, she has led a team of designers and researchers, supporting companies, retail brands and media and entertainment organizations to create engaging multichannel experiences, drive digital commerce and distribute content efficiently. Her leadership and strategic vision have been key in creating intuitive, scalable and accessible products.

In addition, Judy Siegel co-founded and organized the Designing for Digital conference in Austin, Texas, an event that brings together user experience, design and usability professionals from around the world, including experts from the technology and education communities. In addition, she has held senior roles at companies such as Dow Jones, MSNBC and CNN, has worked in website optimization, mobile application development and implementation of UX strategies in large publishing and corporate projects.

In turn, her experience includes her occupations with the United States Digital Service, where she has contributed to major digital initiatives at federal agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
