Javier Martín Martín Martín is an Oenologist and Agricultural Engineer, specialized in Agro-food Industries and Beer and Wine Tasting. After an extensive training, he has developed his professional career in different positions in his area, becoming Technical Director in Cerveza Artesana Viriato and as Winemaker and Sales Manager in Vidyenol SL, among others.  

In addition, he combines his work with teaching activities in various prestigious national and international universities and training centers, as well as with scientific research in his area of specialization.
