With special dedication to the area of Urology, Dr. Luis García Aparicio exercises his clinical duties as Head of the Pediatric Urology Unit at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, where he also accumulates an extensive professional career. His academic training is international, with practical stays at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, as well as Fellow by the European Board of Paediatric Surgery and Fellow by the European Academy of Paediatric Urology.

His participation in numerous books and scientific papers supports his interest in areas such as urological laparoscopy, obstructive uropathy or uroonephrological malformations. He also has teaching experience in numerous academic institutions, teaching classes on renal transplantation, laparoscopic surgery and surgical techniques in pediatric surgery.
