Mrs. Serafina Álvarez Otero has dedicated her entire professional career to nursing. She works as a Nurse Supervisor of the Pharmacy Area in several hospitals in the country. In addition, she combines her nursing work with the dissemination as author of several specialized publications such as "Medication reconciliation: a nursing contribution to patient safety".
