After a professional career focused on the field of teaching, Guadalupe Morcillo decided to turn her career towards Public Administration and Public Policy. From this field of work, the also Doctor in Philosophy, was devoted entirely to the development of messages and persuasive speeches and other potentialities of Political Communication.

Thanks to this knowledge, she has been able to work as General Director of Telecommunications in the Junta de Castilla y León. Currently, she works in the corporate sphere, as Head of Communications at Grupo Gefiscal.
