Nurse Zulema Gancedo González has high competencies in motivational leadership to promote change management in healthcare organizations, mastering the management of emotions to develop professional growth and control crisis situations. All of her skills in these areas have allowed her to become the Director of Nursing at the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, where she was in charge of planning and executing a change management project.

Likewise, she has worked as a Technical Consultant in the Subdirection of Care of the Cantabrian Health Service. Likewise, she has been Supervisor of different areas in the Sierrallana Hospital and has obtained the possibility of being the Corporate Manager of Health Transport in the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, implementing and evaluating processes to improve patient care and the coordination of their transport.
