Ms. Estíbaliz Gamboa Moreno is a Nurse, with experience in Primary Care in Osakidetza, as a member of the coordinating team of the Network of Surveillance of Cases and Contacts of Euskadi and as Coordinator of the Health Plan of the Department of Public Health and Addictions of the Basque Government.

Graduated in Nursing from the University of Salamanca, she holds a Professional Master's Degree in Helping Relationship and Counselling from the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir. She is also a member of the Health Services Research Group on Aging and Chronicity of the Biodonostia Health Research Institute and has worked as a teacher in her specialty.
