Experience

Dr. Patricia Fernández San José is a Specialist Pharmacist in Clinical Biochemistry and an Expert in the Diagnosis of Diseases of Genetic Origin such as Familial Cardiopathies, Erythropathology and Autoinflammatory Syndromes. After finishing her studies, she has worked as a Pharmacist in several of the most prestigious centers in the city of Madrid, where she has forged a professional career of more than fifteen years and in which she has become an Area Specialist in the Genetics Service at the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital in Madrid. 

She is a collaborator of Unit U728 of the CIBERER and follows her own line of research in Autoinflammatory Diseases within the framework of the Ramón y Cajal Institute of Health Research (IRYCIS). Therefore, an important part of his work is devoted to Clinical Research, Genetics and Molecular Biology. In addition, he teaches in the field of his specialty in different educational centers.
