Dr. Laia Berta is an expert in traumatological surgical procedures, especially in the upper limb. A specialty that has led her to perfect her technique through clinical experience at the University Hospital of Girona Dr. Josep Trueta and continuous academic training in this field.  

Her interest has also led her to be a regular attendee at national and international congresses, to participate in scientific publications and also to promote the dissemination and updating of other specialists through teaching in academic environments.  

• Lecturer in the program of Surgical Emergencies at the Academia de Ciències Mèdiques de Girona. 
• Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
