Approximately 2 out of every 10 students in an Internship Program in Early Childhood Education classroom have learning difficulties ranging from reading, writing, math or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Early detection and appropriate intervention are essential to help children overcome these challenges and meet the learning standards that correspond to their age and development. Up-to-date professionals are essential to this field of work, as they will be in charge of enhancing children's cognitive, physical and emotional skills that will boost their psychosocial development.

At the same time, the pedagogical staff is insistently calling for programs with a more direct approach, away from qualifications with a heavy theoretical load, in order to update their knowledge. This is because many of them have already defined job responsibilities and want to improve their performance based on specific competencies.

Faced with this situation, TECH has devised an intensive Internship program that, during 3 weeks, will allow them to strengthen their skills for the integral management of children from 0 to 6 years old. The qualification will place the graduates in a center of excellence where they will be able to acquire skills in real time, addressing cases with behavioral and cognitive problems, planning activities based on games or documenting the evolution of the children in their care.

This on-site stay will be extended in intensive days from Monday to Friday, with 8 hours of work per day. During this period, students will have access to modern technologies and teaching resources. Also, they will be able to interact with highly prestigious specialists who will promote the progress of TECH students through personalized tutoring.
