Dr. Irene Renovell Bueno is an Adjunct Psychiatrist in the Brief Hospitalization Unit at the University Hospital Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid. Throughout her career she has worked in different health centers specialized in Psychiatry, along with her research and teaching work with special training and interest in Systemic Family Therapy.
After graduating in Medicine she specialized in Psychiatry at the University Hospital Pere Mata Institute in Reus, to focus her career completely in this field. From there she began a journey through case studies and publications in various events and congresses specializing in topics such as stress variables and DDR1 gene methylation in early intervention psychotic patients or Bipolar Disorder, among other topics that she teaches in various graduate programs for health professionals.
