Miriam Santiago is a flavorist with experience in the development of flavors for food in different industries. Thus, she is a specialist in the field of beverages, dairy, confectionery, snacks and baked goods. With her knowledge in this field, she has practiced her profession in the Deiman company.  

She has also focused on flavor matching and flavor application research at Jobari Colors and Flavours. She also has expertise in the development of oils and essences used in cooking.
