Carlos Sánchez Nogales has a professional career marked by Rubgy and Psychology. Two areas in which he has developed with excellence. Thus, as a player of this sport he lived several promotions, won university championships in Andalusia. His interest in this sport led him to continue in it as a coach and also contribute with his knowledge of Mental Health to address the major pathologies that affect athletes.
