Karoliina Rissanen is a Specialist in Tourism, Human Resources and Labor Relations, forming a multidisciplinary professional in the Customer Service and Organizational and Corporate Talent Management areas. She is also an Expert in Protocol and External Relations. In order to reach the highest technical level in each of the above mentioned areas, she has done an important academic work, passing several masters and programs, as well as diplomas with international qualification.
