Experience

Emilio Mauleón Méndez holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration, awarded with the Prize for the Best Research in Economics and related fields for his doctoral thesis, entitled: Economic and Accounting Regime of Agricultural Transformation Companies (SAT). He participates in a National Research Project on Cooperative Integration and Responsible Restructuring, financed by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. 

He has extensive experience as a Researcher and Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the Department of Business Economics of the University of the Balearic Islands, as well as a free practice professional as an Economist. He obtained a Diploma and Degree in Business and Economics at this university, a Doctorate and now works as a Professor at the same institution, collaborating with other postgraduate studies.  

He is also a member of the School of Cooperative Studies of the Complutense University of Madrid and author of multiple publications in the area with an H:2 index, as well as collaborations in collective works, book chapters and books.
