With more than 30 years in the practice of law, Dr. Francisco Javier Arroyo Romero is a jurist who has developed in a wide variety of fields, such as Procedural, Criminal, Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Sports and Socioeconomic Criminal Law. This professional transfers this versatile performance in his activity in his own office, Bufete Arroyo Romero. 

With a PhD in Law from Rey Juan Carlos Univeristy, Francisco Javier Arroyo Romero has been closely linked to sports during his career. In this sense, he has developed as Legal Advisor of the Spanish Rugby Federation and, within the framework of university teaching, he has taught several programs and programs on Sports Law.

Regarding his research career, he has published articles in important journals, dealing in depth with the sports arbitration court, the impact of EU legislation on the Spanish criminal procedure or the influence of Europol in the communitarization of the European police.
