En el primer bloque de esta capacitación de alto nivel, que recoge los cuatro primeros temas, se tratan los temas específicos de la explotación en el sentido convencional del término. Este tema es de extraordinaria importancia para regular con el conocimiento de todos los interesados, aquellas situaciones degradadas en las que se puede continuar con la explotación, así como la aplicación de medidas compensatorias cuando estas sean posibles.
