Ángel Santiago Sáez is a specialist in Tax Law, Tax Consultancy and Computer Programming, among others. After an extensive training, he has developed an outstanding professional career, which has allowed him to reach the position of Head of the Cultural, Training and Sports Activities Unit of the Madrid City Council, where he has worked for more than twenty years. 

In addition, he combines these activities with teaching in different educational and university centers of national and international prestige, as well as with his role as Scientific Researcher in his area of specialization.
