Experience
Professor Araceli Sánchez Garrido is a specialist in Geography and History with extensive experience in the field of International Cooperation and the promotion of culture in disadvantaged areas. She has an extensive academic and professional curriculum, endorsed by the leadership of several international organizations in this field such as the Directorate of Cultural and Scientific Relations for the promotion, management and implementation of public policies of global collaboration for development.
In addition, she has worked in numerous Latin American countries organizing and directing courses related to anthropology, museology, tourism and cultural heritage management in connection with development cooperation projects. She has also worked as a member of the Faculty of Curators of Museums at the Museo de América in Madrid, initially, and then as an advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
