Experience

Fátima Ruiz de la Bastida is a Biotechnologist and Biomedical Specialist in Molecular Biology Techniques, Cell Cultures and Flow Cytometry. This professional has been the developer of the EnrichProt tool, in addition to her position as Data Scientist in the world's leading company in the Use of Data, Technology and Advanced Analytics: IQVIA. 

Likewise, in the Proteomics Department and in the Bioinformatics Unit of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz, she has developed a Pipeline to extract relevant Biological Information from the Proteomic Data Set. Also, he has been in charge of the identification of Molecular Biomarkers for the early detection of Albuminuria and Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm. 

In addition, in the Department of Innate Immune Response of the University Hospital La Paz, Ruiz de la Bastida has designed and executed experiments for the Treatment of Breast Cancer together with important research teams to identify New Molecular Biomarkers. Likewise, this Biotechnologist has been part of other Oncology projects through the Culture of Colorectal Cancer Embryoid Bodies and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.
