Dr. Elena Pina Pascual is a specialist in Hematology and Hemotherapy who has shown during her health practice a relevant sensitivity for the treatment of Venous Thromboembolic Disease. Thanks to her extensive knowledge in this area, she has developed her profession in the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Service at the University Hospital of Bellvitge.

His eagerness for research has led him to become a member of the Working Committee on Thrombosis and Cancer of the Spanish Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis. Likewise, her interest in teaching has motivated her to give training programs related to Venous Thromboembolic Disease and its relationship with Cancer.
